Bringing pixel art into the 3D sculpture relm.  I did these as a final piece years ago back in 6th form.  Maybe I foresaw Minecraft? Haha. But I don’t have them around anymore since I got them sold.

Grid drawing program

I’ve finally managed to write a program to easily colour grids on.  I know atm it doesn’t look like much, but in time I’ll try to develop it with colours, shades, different grids and to fill each block when the mouse button is held down (atm you have to click on each square).  However, I’m quite proud of it so far, even though it looks like picross.  One of the main reasons I’ve been learning Processing is to further develop my image-making skills and I think this new program has proved this so far.

A2 Fancy a Byte Poster

A project I did as an alternate way of showing food calories.  Each piece of food or drink are made up of pixels/squares and each of pixels represents 1 kcal.  So the total number of pixels that make up that food/drink item also represents the total amount of calories it contains (within the weight/volume shown).
